    Licensed Clinical Therapist – Russellville

    We are currently seeking applicants for a licensed clinical therapist in our Russellville location.  Applicants must have a master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, or related field.     Part-Time Evening Reporting Caseworker – Conway

    In collaboration with the 20th Judicial District and funding thorough DYS Juvenile Justice Innovative Grant, CSI is implementing an Evening Reporting program. We are seeking applicants for a part-time Evening Reporting Caseworker in Conway. The Evening Reporting Caseworker will be integral in working as a partner with the juvenile court system in order to reduce detention rates and probation revocations through proactive measures. Duties will include, but are not limited to curfew checks, drug testing, electronic monitoring, mediation for family disputes, connecting families to resources, weekly reports and other forms of documentation.

     

    Qualified applicants will have a HS Diploma, preferably a Bachelor’s degree, and 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth and/or law enforcement experience, and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass background checks. Must be able to work evening and weekend hours. Because this is a new position, the ideal candidate will be flexible to adapt to changes within the program as needed.      Full Time Family Advocate – Yell and Conway Counties

    In collaboration with the 15th Judicial District and funding thorough DYS Juvenile Justice Innovative Grant, CSI is implementing a Family Advocate Program. We are seeking applicants for a full time Family Advocate to serve Yell and Conway Counties. The Family Advocate will be integral in working as a partner with the juvenile court system in order to reduce commitment and recidivism, provide opportunities for growth and meaningful contributions within the community, and overall improvement of life skills and relationships among moderate to high risk youth within the juvenile court system. Duties will include, but are not limited to connecting families to resources, conducting visits with youth in homes and schools, conducting parenting or other classes, scheduling activities with youth, weekly reports and other forms of documentation.

     

    Qualified applicants will have a HS Diploma, preferably a Bachelor’s degree, and 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth, and reliable transportation.     The Youth Justice Caseworker provides one-on-one client intervention services, and facilitates delivery of group psycho-educational curricula. The Youth Justice Caseworker is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the restitution, tracking program related-outcomes, developing work sites for the restitution program, and directly supervising youth completing such work. Successful candidates will be available to work evenings and weekends as needed and will be able to provide community outreach and education regarding the aspects of the program. Must be flexible, highly motivated, and enjoy working with at-risk youth in a supportive environment. Must also believe in the capacity for individuals to grow and change. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Social Work preferred. Successful candidates will be available to work evenings and weekends as needed and will be able to provide community outreach and education regarding the aspects of the program. Must be flexible, highly motivated, and enjoy working with at-risk youth in a supportive environment. Must also believe in the capacity for individuals to grow and change. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or related field and at least one year of experience required.  Must be certified or able to be certified as a Juvenile Officer.
