     Prior Authorization Clerk – Morrilton


    We are currently accepting resumes for an experienced full-time Prior Authorization Clerk (PA Clerk) to assist in the completion of PA requests and tracking of authorizations, assessments, and tier determinations, and may work in close communication with PASSEs, Care Coordinators, and Insurance Companies. The PA Clerk may also cross train to assist the billing department.


    Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma and knowledge of Microsoft computer programs, including Excel; the ability to work within electronic medical records; the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets; strong typing skills, and the ability to effectively send and receive information, both orally and electronically. Other administrative or clerical responsibilities will be required as needed. Ability to maintain confidentiality, good customer service relations, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and with a team are necessary attributes for a person in this position to possess.

    Part-Time Assistant First Tee Coach

    We are currently accepting resumes for a part-time First Tee Assistant Coach.  This person works approximately 20-25 hours a week throughout the summer and 10 hours a week throughout the rest of the year, assisting in Pope, Conway, and Faulkner Counties.

    The Assistant Coach aids in the day-to-day operation of all programming, including communicating with participants and their families, scheduling and teaching classes, recruiting participants and volunteers, training volunteers to teach classes, and otherwise serving as the front line for The First Tee’s unique “Life Skills Experience” programming. Additionally, the Assistant Coach must ensure continual growth and improvement of all programming and make regular reports to his/her supervisor on efforts to grow and improve programs including assisting in presentations to community groups and in fundraising efforts.

    The Assistant Coach must be a person with an ability and willingness to serve as a positive mentor for all participants. Though outside the scope of the duties of employment, this position often presents opportunities to engage young people in exercises of personal growth, on and off the golf course. The Assistant Coach should possess the character traits and qualities of someone with a passion for helping young people succeed in life.

    Licensed Clinical Therapist – Russellville

    We are currently seeking applicants for a Licensed Clinical Therapist in our Russellville location.  Applicants must have a master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, or related field. Must also be licensed or eligible for licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or LPE.  Qualified applicants will be highly motivated and enjoy working with at-risk youth and their families.

    Youth Justice Caseworker – Independence County

    We are seeking applicants for a Youth Justice Caseworker to work in Independence County.  The Youth Justice Caseworker provides one-on-one client intervention services and facilitates delivery of group psycho-educational curricula. The Youth Justice Caseworker is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the restitution, tracking program related-outcomes, developing work sites for the restitution program, and directly supervising youth completing such work. Successful candidates will be available to work evenings and weekends as needed and will be able to provide community outreach and education regarding the aspects of the program. Must be flexible, highly motivated, and enjoy working with at-risk youth in a supportive environment. Must also believe in the capacity for individuals to grow and change.
