     Juvenile Justice Caseworker/QBHP – Clinton

    We are accepting resumes for a Youth Justice Caseworker/QBHP to provide case management, one-on-one client intervention services, and facilitate delivery of group psycho-educational curricula. While this position will start as part-time, there is potential to become full-time. This position is stationed in Clinton, and will likely provide some services in Stone and Cleburne Counties, as well. The Caseworker is responsible for assisting with all aspects of restitution, and tracking program related-outcomes, helps develop work sites for the restitution program and directly supervises youth completing such work. The QBHP provides behavioral assistance, youth and family support, and assists youth in learning life skills. Successful candidates will be available to work evenings and weekends as needed and will be able to provide community outreach and education regarding the aspects of the program. Must be flexible, highly motivated, and enjoy working with at-risk youth in a supportive environment, including office, schools, and homes. The ideal candidate will believe in the capacity for individuals to grow and change.

    Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Social Work preferred. Must have or be willing to obtain Qualified Behavioral Health Professional Certification. Experience in group dynamics preferred.

     Family Advocate – Danville

    The Family Advocate is a full-time position, stationed in Danville, and will work with clients in Morrilton as needed. The Family Advocate plays an integral role in working as a partner with the juvenile court system in order to reduce commitment and recidivism, provide opportunities for growth and meaningful contributions within the community, and overall improvement of life skills and relationships among moderate to high risk youth involved in the juvenile court system. Duties will include connecting families to resources; conducting visits with youth in homes and schools; conducting parenting or other classes; scheduling meaningful events with youth; weekly reports and other forms of documentation. While some days may be 8-5, a typical schedule for this position will be more like 11a – 7p.

    Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma and preferably a Bachelor’s Degree, experience working with at-risk youth, and have reliable transportation.

    Licensed Clinical Therapist – Danville

    We are currently seeking applicants for a Licensed Clinical Therapist in our Danville location.  Applicants must have a master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, or related field. Must also be licensed or eligible for licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or LPE.  Qualified applicants will be highly motivated and enjoy working with at-risk youth and their families.
